This is London by Miroslav Sasek

this is one of my favourite children's books - the illustrations are fantastic and give a whimsical, imaginative and enchanting picture of London past - different and yet very similar to London today - this is one of a series - I shall have to get more!

Something New!

i have been really busy these past couple of weeks - but now I have finally got a bit of time for a personal project - here is a sneaky peak at what I have been working on.  I have been meaning to get  started on this project for some time - it has been all drawn up in my head - finally I have started putting it together.

A sneaky peek!

I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with  Oopsy Daisy  the american children's wall art company - the following designs will be available online soon!

This is just two of a set of four that will be available. I can't wait to see them for sale!

Pantone Colour of the Year 2012

I am a big fan of orange - so I am looking forward to using a bit of Pantone 17-1463 Tangerine Tango in future designs.

New Year - New Blog - New Forest!

One of my New Years resolutions this year was to make it out and about a bit more - take a break from my computer screen - and my usual stomping ground - and get some fresh air.  Today I ventured to the New Forest for a walk with my lovely little dog - I love it there - so peaceful and beautiful!  It always amazes me to see the horses wondering free!
